About Naturopathic Gold Service
What Is It?
This is everything you would receive from our Naturoapthy service (see link and below), plus a whole suit of extras and more time for consultations and research n between.
Sometimes also referred to as ‘Naturopathic Medicine’ or ‘Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy’
We take the time to listen to your goals, wants and needs – your initial consultation lasts up to an hour and a half. We get to the bottom of any imbalances in your nutritional and health statuses, we will agree a plan to support your health based on what we identify.
This is a very individualised service – no one plan suits everyone. This is why some people (including ‘experts’) sometimes swear by one type of ‘diet’, while others are made worse by it. We fully understand why this is and how frustrating it might have been to have tried non-individualised treatments.
We will include; a Nutritional Plan, lifestyle advice and recommend dietary supplements and Functional (laboratory) tests if necessary.
Whether you are generally well or struggling with a health issue, we will support your body’s needs and give the best chance of feeling good.

Contact UsInitial Consultation
Your initial consultation will last between 1 1/2 and 2 hours: Your practitioner will assist you in completing a few basic forms regarding your visit.
The practitioner will then take your case history in the clinic room. With your permission, your weight, height, waist and hip measurements will be taken for reference purposes. For ease, you may like to take these measurements at home beforehand. You will be asked various questions about your health and lifestyle.
With your permission, the practitioner will look at your tongue and nails, and may take your blood pressure too as they help to inform the nutrition protocol.
A visual examination of your eyes and face will made to inform an Iridology assessment and aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be used to interpret your situation.
No internal examinations are performed at the clinic and no disease state diagnoses are made.
There will be an interval of about 2 weeks, during which the practitioner will consider the case and formulate your nutrition plan.
We will arrange another appointment at your visit, if not before, so that you can return to the clinic room for about 45 minutes where you will be given your plan.
What do you need to bring?
- A list of all pharmaceutical medicines and supplements you are currently taking
- Any recent medical test results if available
