Shorter Appointments

Can You Get an Appointment at ‘The Doctors’ ?

How are you getting on with that 8am telephone lottery? Or is your GP surgery one of those that has texted you to say that routine appointments are no longer ‘a thing’? Maybe next year, if you’re lucky!

I wonder what GPs are actually doing that they’re too busy to see their patients? Who knows? But I don’t think it a useful system anymore, do you?

My doors are always open, and I am happy to book anyone in who has any concerns at all about their health.

Be that; some new symptoms that you’re not sure about, or a long-term condition that might need a progress-check, or maybe just some First Aid, a ‘check-up’ to make sure there is nothing wrong, or a quick look at your health issues ‘An MOT’

I’m not a Doctor and I won’t diagnose or prescribe, but I will asses what is likely to be driving your symptoms, help you to manage them and sign-post you to further support if necessary.

These appointments types are available:

Naturopathic First Aid 30 mins £45

Ideal for the acute  and sub-acute phase of an injury.  See more here

As a Naturopath, I will advise on nutritional and lifestyle strategies to address your issues – and, we can discuss the use of food and herbal supplements.

Naturopathic Health Check Up 30 mins £45

A consultation and physical exam consisting of about 30 minutes

We’ll look at your blood pressure and sugar, your tongue, nails and eyes, chat through your diet and lifestyle and check for any red flags.

Ideal, if you are doing fine, but just want to double-check all is well

Naturopathy Quick ‘Service & MOT’ 60 mins £85

All the above (Check Up) but more suitable if you have a couple of new symptoms that you’d like to discuss or an ongoing condition that you’d like to know how you are managing.

A written plan will be issued to help you manage

For all the above:

If complex concerns emerge, we can transfer to a full consultation lasting 120 minutes.
