CONTRACT PHLEBOTOMY

For laboratories and online testing services that contract with Naturopath.Clinic, a separate Cancellation Policy Is in place and is as follows:

We aim to be more flexible with contractors than with direct bookings from the general public to reflect a higher volume of work.

Booking cancelled (or not showing) with less than 3 hours notice will be charged in full.

Flexibility may still apply in exceptional circumstances.

LATE NOTICE BOOKINGS

You may book an appointment via Calendly with as little as 30 minutes notice.  If booking with any less than 2 hours notice, it is advisable to phone or email to confirm.

Bookings made with less than 3 hours notice will be charged despite any attempt at cancellation or rescheduling.
